Because engaging development giants to do the right thing should also be fashionable.  The Friends of The Highline are giving away free shirts to any Highline supporter who shows up to the Eastern Rail Yards Public Forums on Mon, Dec. 1, 6:30–8:30 PM at 520 West 49th Street.
